1) Women Performers, Staff, Crew, Assistants, etc. must be prompt and ready to go once they enter the venue.
    Each person is responsible for their own belongings and the safe keeping of said items.
    CTN will not be responsible, legally or financially for any lost or stolen items,
    so please do not leave them unattended.

2) CTN will provide the following:
            * Sound Reinforcement. (PA system)
            * Signal Processors.
            * Stage Monitors.
            * Microphones and Stands / Booms.
            * Cassette Tape Player.
            * CD Player.
            * Electrical Power Outlets. (all around stage)

3) Performers Must Come Prepared.
            * Performers must arrive on time at the venue prior to sound
            check, and also for that evenings main performance.

            * Performers must come prepared. Preparedness includes the following,
            but not limited to:

            * Instrument(s) tuned. A guitar tuner will be available at the engineer's
            booth. Bring with you, working cables, plus one backup cable.

            * Fresh batteries in applicable devices.

            * Any props, stands, tape, adhesives, fasteners, etc. must be self provided.

            * Materials / props must be present and in working order, for sound check
            and the main performance.

4) Music Media Must Follow The Guidelines Below.
    * CDs - CDRs - MP3s are allowable media. (Absolutely No CDRWs)

    * Song programming needs to be clearly marked and in the order of performance.

    * If you are utilizing "home made" CDs / CDRs , you MUST also furnish the engineer with
    ALL ORIGINAL CD disks. Failure to provide the original disks at the sound check may result in the
    omission of your act in the event that your "home made" CD does not function properly in rehearsal.

    * CASSETTE tape programming needs to be clearly marked and qued up in the order of the performance.

    * A performer's set of songs must be programed back to back on SIDE-A of a single cassette.

    NOTE:
    * CTN prefers that all music be programed on one CD or one Cassette, listed in the order of performance.

    * Please denote song duration and song separation times on each piece of media, next to each
    song on two separate pieces of paper; One each for the engineer and the the stage manager.

            Example: (Listed on separate piece of paper - CTN Needs two copies)
                        1) Open Arms (3:24)
                                   (5 seconds)
                        2) Finally together again (4:55)
                                   (25 seconds - talk to audience)
                        3) Something for Nothing (4:22)

5) Late arrivals for either the Rehearsal and or the Main Event may result in the
    omission of your act. Once a decision had been made by CTN officials, that decision will
    be rendered as final. Sorry, No exceptions can be provided.

6) All performers must pick up their CDs, Tapes, Props, etc., at the end of the variety portion of the show.
    Performers will not be permitted to pick up items "during" another persons performance.
    Items left behind after the evening's event had ended will promptly be disposed.

7) All performers must arrive at the venue no later than 45 minutes prior to their
    scheduled performance time.

8) We ask that no performer consume alcohol, drugs or altering substances prior to
    performing. CTN reserves the right to terminate a performer's participation at any time
    if it is believed that a participant is under the influence.

9) Each performer, while at the venue, will act in a professional manner at all times and will not
    speak ill of any other act, or person(s) associated / affiliated with CTN. Professional
    curtesy must be observed!
