If it is necessary to cancel the event, notification will be made through local television and radio stations no later than 4pm on December 31.
Event cancellation is only done to protect the safety of our guests, volunteers and performers.
If the event is cancelled, refunds will be given for wristbands already purchased. Details about how the refunds will be worked out and announced as soon as possible.
